Where do you ship too?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. 

 

Which courier do you use?

We send all of our orders out using Royal Mail's first class, second class and special delivery shipping service.

 

Where's my order?

Once an order is dispatched from our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which entails all of your tracking information. The tracking information will not be updated until Royal Mail have made a delivery attempt. Please check Royal Mail's current delivery times on their website to ensure there are no delays in your area. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of being dispatched, drop us an email and we'll arrange a replacement. 

 

Can I add a gift note to my order once its been placed?

Yes of course! As long as you have not received a dispatch email yet we can change the note. Just send us an email to hello@elizabethandernest.co.uk with your order number and the gift note you would like added to your order and we will add it to the notes.

We check our emails before and at the end of every dispatch to catch any note requests.

Once added to the order we always reply to your message to confirm for peace of mind.

 

Do you put invoices in your parcels?

We don’t send any paperwork in the parcels, so if you are sending the present straight to the recipient they won't know how much you spent. All invoices will be emailed directly to you.

We try to be paperless were possible and don't want take away the magic of receiving a gift with an invoice inside the parcel.

If you want a VAT copy of your invoice just send us a quick message with the order number you require the invoice for.

 

Can I send my gift boxes to different addresses?

Yes, you will need to place an order per address. As one order = one shipping cost. Our shipping costs are set at the price of the carrier at the lowest rate we can offer.

For 1-10 orders we recommend placing them individually on our Website so that all the personalisation and address information stays with each order.

For 10+ orders. Please email Hello@elizabethandernest.co.uk as we can create a custom order for you, were all the shipping is added up and we can email you an easy address template for you to put in all the information we need to ship your order.

 

Do you cater for gluten-free diets?

Our standard vegan sweet mixes do contain gluten. However, we are now able to offer a gluten-free vegan sweet mix at no extra cost. Just let us know before or after you've placed your order. 

 

Do you accept Corporate or large orders?

We are able to cater for both large orders and corporate gifting. Please send us a message to discuss your requirements, and we'll be happy to talk them through! We have been able to offer customisation for larger orders in the past, which includes new product combinations, including company branding, different tissue and box tie colours, new gift tag designs, and more.
